Sounds like a driver issue on the Windows 7 machines.  Are you printing directly to the Kyocera or are you using a print server with a shared printer? I have checked the .inf files and don't see any support for this printer.

Re-downloaded and re-installed UPD PC5 and PCL 6 64bit versions.
