Reply Techexpert November 10, 2015 at 6:07 am Did you run your computer in safe mode and then tried to run IE in safe mode? I have also unchecked the Adobe Flash section as I read this also somewhere. It's conflicting with might be JAVA, Silverlight, Flash Player. Just not on IE.
