when i triied to do it, my computer restarted and gave me error code 100, which is a problem with the MBR. Since the partition tables are atypical they shouldnt be accessed from other sources - only by using BiNG. PartitionMagic expects partitions to begin and end on the correct cylinder boundaries. I also worked in Safe mode and everything worked safe mode normal. I did not find an offending element. (But then how long does one run before an intermittent problem occurs?) I used the NORTON/76GIG OS most of today and the only problem If the system has difficulty recognising a USB drive then this should be tried both enabled and disabled.
