Windows and Partition Magic should pick it up if it is not ******* up. I have had problems like this before. If they are all internal drives, then you have to get at least a 420W "true power" PSU (i.e "branded" and quality ones). The 280gig (Drive 4) appears to be using another boot manager (XOSL) on the first FAT32 partition table as well as another BootItNG (typeDF) on the fourth partition table.
