The only thing I can find in the event log is: A parity error was detected on \Device\Scsi\nvgts2. ONe for the hard drive, the other dedicated to the tape drive. I'd google more, but me sleepy. If that does not do the trick, then the only thing you can do with a dumb controller like that (other than full backup, wipe, restore), is to use some backup Time to run the hard drive manufacturer's diagnostic software. ALWAYS use the standard Windows ones, as the nForce drivers are downright junk. A little bird had told me that this was a know problem with Dell servers and Veritas.
You can get memtest.exe and run that to see if memory is failing. Just my thought, could be something else, although i cant think of anything. The NVIDIA fakeraid chip was never designed for SSDs to work in the first place, which is probably root cause.

Are you looking for the solution to your computer problem? I checked the properties on both drives and the ide controllers and its says they are working properly. We have 4 Dell Poweredge 1425 servers.
The "fix" is to write data on this block (which is hopefully not in the middle of a file you need).
