As for the weird Windows directory, I'm not sure whats up with that, but for now, lets try to get into the MBR and fix that, since that appears to be As with anything of this type, I strongly recommend backing up anything and everything - create an image of each and every partition. Even more disturbing is that the Repair Action was "Partition table repair" and it did not complete successfully, despite other 3rd party tools indicating that the partition table is fine.
