I then reinstalled and still have the prob. it runs fine for around 40 seconds. After that I reinstalled Yosemite. Photoshop Program Error When Saving Exact same error.

It happens from time to time and I wasn't able to isolate the case so it can be reproduced so far. That might help mitigate the program error.
