If Hiawatha is server any other page properly BUT this one then there is something outside of the realm of Hiawatha that is causing this. Instead, the MySQLi or PDO_MySQL extension should be used. You could try using a tool such as Sysinternals' Filemon to view what files are attempting to be accessed when running PHP.
